Jow studied fine arts at Capilano College and the Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design in Vancouver before relocating to the United States.

She has previously exhibited her irreverent and witty drawings about contemporary life in Vancouver, New York and Los Angeles including numerous group shows + solo exhibitions.

Her work employs word play and text-based codes to form a simple, yet complex link between the purely visual and literal aspects of language.

After spending the last 12 years dividing her time between NYC and LA, she has resettled in Vancouver again.
